Helping young dancers grow in technique, artistry and confidence.

Benedicte’s coaching is built around individual attention, thoughtful correction and a genuine love of helping young dancers grow.

Bringing together technique, artistry and mindset, her approach encourages dancers to work with curiosity, build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of their own dancing.

Benedicte Bemet

Benedicte is a Principal Artist with The Australian Ballet, performing leading roles including Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, Kitri in Don Quixote, Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty and Diamonds in Jewels.

Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world’s leading artists and coaches, including Sylvie Guillem, Julio Bocca and Isabelle Guérin, experiences that continue to shape her own approach to both dancing and coaching.

Alongside her performance career, Benedicte works closely with young dancers at important stages of their development, helping them refine their technique, discover their artistry and navigate the challenges of training at a high level.

The Weekend Intensive

Designed for young dancers who want more than a masterclass, The Weekend Intensive is two days of focused, hands-on coaching with Benedicte in a small group of just 15 dancers.

Across the weekend, dancers will work through technique, pointe, repertoire and artistry, alongside Pilates, mindset and open conversation about training and life as a dancer. With individual attention at the heart of the weekend, every dancer will have the opportunity to be seen, corrected and challenged — while enjoying the experience of learning, dancing and growing together.
